Terms of service
Scope
These terms govern the photography services offered by Nicola Capasso. The booking is confirmed by signed agreement and a deposit.
Deposit and balance
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to lock the date. The balance is due within 7 days of the delivery of the final gallery.
Delivery
A 30–50 image preview within 7 days of the event. The full gallery (400–800 edited images) within 6–8 weeks, on a private shareable page.
Copyright
The photographs remain the intellectual property of the author. The clients are granted a personal, non-commercial use licence. Commercial use by third parties (venues, planners, suppliers) requires a separate agreement.
Cancellation
If the clients cancel, the deposit is retained. If the photographer is unable to perform, the deposit is refunded or the assignment is transferred to a mutually agreed photographer of equivalent level.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Rome, Italy.
