Nicola Capasso, freelance photographer — hello@nicola-photography.com. The controller can be reached for any request regarding personal data.
Data collected
Through the contact form we collect: name, email, wedding date and location, optional message. Through technical cookies we only store your chosen language. No tracking, no profiling.
Purpose
Form data is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry and, if commissioned, for communications related to the photography service. It is never shared with third parties.
Retention
Data from enquiries that do not lead to a booking is deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and tax obligations (10 years).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to hello@nicola-photography.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
